Aww, too cute, right?
This week we visited the Crayola Factory museum in Easton, PA. My mom's sister Arlene lives in Easton and had gotten Trenton tickets for the museum for his birthday.
There was lots to do-- arts and crafts for the kids, exhibits, hands-on, etc. Take a look at all these pictures!
Here, Trenton makes a paper bag puppet. His first time using a glue stick... very into it. Very sticky...
Later, we all made party hats. Again, early practice with scissors... he was actually quite good with them.
There was one room devoted to sidewalk chalk. We left our mark!
With the price for admission, we were also given passes to the National Canal Museum. It was on the third floor of the same building, so we checked it out. How neat it was-- each kid was given his own boat to float around in this really neat system of rivers. There were locks to navigate, cargo to move, and pulleys to try out. From a third-grade teacher point of view, this place would be great to learn about simple machines!
Trenton followed my cousin Billy around the whole time-- like a little shadow! He really loves being with bigger kids and having their attention. Afterwards, we went out for lunch where T ate two entire blueberry pancakes. I have no idea how he does it-- I swear, he has more room in his stomach than I do these days!

Love the pic with his tongue sticking out - just like Daddy and Grampack! We should get pics of all 3 of them like that, just like the fishing ones.
Grandma
Oh that looks like so much fun. Have you been to the sesame street park? I saw a commercial for it, but I don't know where it is.. I think in PA somewhere?
