Easter Bonanza, 2008

I have been so busy lately with my big project for class, that I haven't had a chance to blog. Usually, I'd break this post up into day-by-day, but you're going to have to settle for a conglomeration of all our Easter celebrations at once. ;)

Lacina tradition is to dye Easter Eggs. Trenton was sooo ready for it. He loved putting them in the colors and seeing the results!

Mommy trying to stay clean.

Aww, aren't they sweet!? Tiffanie and Len at it again :)

Yeah, man, this is where it is AT! Each year, Mom and Dad hide our baskets while we have to go and search them out. Creative spots this year, folks! Especially Jim's-- he had to hit the attic!

Ocean Grove holds an Egg Hunt on the beach the day before Easter. Trenton got to get some (sandy) eggs with the other 0-3 year olds. He loved it!

Lotsa candy (first taste of a Tootsie Roll) as well as some neat tops. We went for lunch at the Starving Artists Cafe, and then the weather got warm enough that we hung out at the park a bit. Can't wait for summer!

Easter morning. Jim got the camera and I filmed video. Hard to do when you have to hold a hand!

He totally saw that basket under the table. But he was really hesitant to go for it! The Easter Bunny brought him some candy, a Pez dispenser, and a min-bubble blower. He proceeded to eat all the Pez and drink the bubbles. Niiiice....

Easter Sunday brought us to the Konopacks after church. Here are some nice outdoor pictures of the family. What color!

Dinner was delicious; Great Grandma Wilson and Carolyn & family were there, too. They set up a grand egg hunt for Trenton. More candy! You should see our stash.... Incredible!
