A cloudy morning called for a little walk. So we checked out the bike trail that begins at Allaire State Park. It goes really far-- we only walked probably a mile and a half out and back. Soon we'll have my bike tire fixed and the kiddie seat on Jim's bike. Then we can try out the whole trail on bike!
Above, Trenton is pointing at a deer... the picture didn't come out so great. But he was impressed to see one in the field.
Before we left, Jim showed us around the Red Trail. We walked all the way out to this really cool bridge and even let T walk around on it himself a bit. Talk about flora!
Below is the fawn we saw bedded down not thirty steps in front of us. Poor thing... after Jim took this picture it ran away like... well, like a deer.
