Ahh the Farmers Market... man do we miss it! Every Saturday from May to November local farmers and artisans get together on the grounds of a local mall. We truly enjoyed tasting local breads, buying our weekly produce, listening to music, and chatting with acquaintances on those days. Jim and Trenton bought a home-made bird from the vendor below while I gave blood during a blood drive.
Lunchtime was much anticipated-- Strawberry Fields! This health food store/luncheonette cafe was truly one of the hardest things to miss about C-U. On this day, there was live music to entertain guests while we ate our lunches. They dedicated two songs to Trenton, too!
