Happy Fourth of July!
This year's weather looked a LOT like last year's... Overcast, but not as windy and cold. No sun, some droplets of rain... But we had a few brave ones come out for the beach part of our party! The Feldmans and the Bollards joined us for a few hours in the morning. The kids didn't care- they loved the sand and the water.

Katie brought some great sand toys. Trenton had no problem trying them all out.
Back at our house, the party continued. Although it rained in North and Central Jersey, we did not get hit AT ALL with the storms until around midnight. Good deal! Above, Trenton and Katie take the sprinkles off of the cookies before you eat them (because that's the way you do it, right?) Trenton sneakily stole some off of Katie's cookie, too.

The big hit this year was playing Cornhole. Jay got it for us for Christmas, and we put it to good use. Len and Tiffanie made it, too, which was great (family picture time!). Also, Dan and Michelle are engaged-- congratulations to them!

Awww! Looks like a great time! You look fantastic btw.
It's a good thing we didn't come. Adam came down with pink eye yesterday. We had to find a afterhours clinic today to get him antibiotics. fun, fun.
