Trenton was able to watch us cast our ballots... okay, push the buttons. Looks like there was fantastic voter turnout across the country. We were proud to have played a part in informing people of their role in this historic primary election. Although Barack lost to Clinton 54% to 44%, the press still say that both had a good showing last night.
My mom graciously came down to watch Trenton for the night so that we could join other Obama supporters at a results watching party. It was the first 'date' night we'd had in awhile and it was exciting to watch it all play out on the big screen. If you are ever in Fair Haven, stop by the Navoo Grill Club. One gracious family of supporters paid for the party-- delicious appetizers, free drinks, etc. Thanks a lot!

The democratic race is such a close one!!! It really is amazing! What history! Can you believe our kids probably won't really understand what a big deal this race is! It's just amazing to watch!
Barack got my support here in IL, he dominated!!! I keep asking all my students to make sure they vote in November, it's exciting to see them actually THINK about something like voting (and I teach PE, hmm, go figure)! :-)
