The weather was so beautiful in the days following Christmas. We decided to go to Red Bank for lunch. The town is so beautiful-- right near the water, with a family-friendly downtown.
Jim, Jason, Trenton, and I all ate lunch at a restaurant named Down to Earth. They specialized in vegetarian cuisine.
We all had a great time!
